Steps

  1. Go to Tools > Internet Options.
  2. Select the Connections tab.
  3. Click LAN settings.
  4. Select Use automatic configuration script.
  5. Make sure the field next to it contains the PAC file address relevant to your configuration. For example:
    http://webdefence.global.blackspider.com:8082/proxy.pac.
  6. Click OK and then OK again.
