Go to Tools > Options. (In the latest version, click on the three lines in the top right and select Options from the drop-down menu).

Select the Advanced icon in the top menu.

Select the Network tab.

Click Settings.

Select Automatic proxy configuration URL.

Replace the contents of the field below with the PAC file address relevant to your configuration. For example:

Click OK and then OK again.
