Lesson 2: Accessing Help
Learn how to get information and assistance when you have questions about your web protection software. |
To help you get the most from your web protection software, the Forcepoint Security Manager includes several types of user assistance:
1 | An icon accompanies many important product features. Position your mouse over this icon for a brief explanation of the feature. |
2 | For many tasks, help text appears directly on the page, providing usage guidelines or other pointers for using a tool or field. |
3 | The Find Answers tool in the right shortcut pane contains links to instructions, solutions, videos, technical papers, webinars, and other information relevant to the current page. It also includes a Search field that you can use to locate additional information on the eSupport website. |
4 | For detailed information about each page in the Security Manager, often with step- by-step usage instructions, click Help, then select Explain This Page. |

To browse the Administrator Help, click Help, and then select Contents. The Help system is displayed in a separate tab or browser window. For a printer-friendly version of the Help system in PDF format, click the icon in the Help toolbar. |
