This hotfix resolves the following issues:

Server hang-ups occurred when users accessed websites through the proxy.
WCG service startup was delayed and the MRTG cron job entry was missing on Oracle Linux 8.
Low disk space occurred because outdated Trellix update files were not automatically deleted.
