System requirements

Before installing the agent, verify the system requirements for your endpoints.

The following table provides hardware requirements for the agent.

Processor	4 cores with 1 GHz or faster
RAM	8 GB
Hard drive space	32 GB for 64-bit OS At least 3 GB free disk space for operations
Internet connection	Internet connnection is mandatory to retrieve policies and updates, and to report alerts to the cloud service. The agent remains fully operational and monitors user activities when disconnected from the internet.
Operating system	Windows 11 (Intel 64-bit) The agent is supported on Windows 11. Windows 10 (Intel 64-bit) The agent is supported on Windows 10; the supported Windows 10 version is based on the Microsoft end-of-life policy as detailed in this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-information/ macOS 12 (Intel and Apple Silicon (ARM) processors The agent is supported on macOS Monterey 12 (with SIP enabled) macOS 13 (Intel and Apple Silicon (ARM) processors The agent is supported on macOS Ventura (with SIP enabled). macOS 14 (Intel & Apple Silicon (ARM) processors) The agent is supported on macOS Sonoma (with SIP enabled).
