My Endpoints
The My Endpoints tab lists the endpoints, the agents status on the endpoint, and other details such as the operating system running on the endpoint, the domain and logged in user information, etc.
Profiles
Profiles are a set of attributes that define the endpoint agent behavior. The Default profile can be configured by each tenant to support its specific needs. Profiles can also be used to set different behavior for different segments in the same tenant.

Downloading the agent
Download agent from the Forcepoint Cloud Security Gateway portal or Forcepoint ONE Data Security cloud portal, depending on your Forcepoint licenses.

Forcepoint ONE agent can be installed on endpoints running macOS either manually or using any of the MDM solutions.
Removing the agent
The steps in this section describe how to remove the agent software from endpoint machines where it was previously installed.
Updating the agent
If you have previously installed the agent on your endpoints, you can update to the latest version manually or automatically using a MDM tool (currently Intune and Jamf are only supported) when a new version is available, or on demand to meet your schedule.

Updating the agent manually allows administrators to update the agent to a specific version of the agent as per required schedule.
Over the air updates
The Over the air updates (OTA) settings allow administrators to choose whether to automatically update to the latest agent version or to update to a specific version of the agent. The procedure to enable or disable over the air updates is same for customers who have Forcepoint ONE Data Security license or the Forcepoint Cloud Security Gateway license.
