Troubleshoot using the FlexEdge Secure SD-WAN Configuration Wizard in a web browser

If you are unable to make contact with the Management Server, you can generate an sgInfo file to send to Forcepoint Technical Support, or you can reset the appliance to factory default settings and try configuring the appliance again.

Steps

  1. Generate an sgInfo file that contains information for Forcepoint Technical Support to use.
    1. In the top right corner of the screen, select > Information for support.
    2. Select Get Information for support.
    3. Select Download, then save the sginfo.tar.gz file to your client device.
  2. Reset the appliance to factory default settings.
    1. In the top right corner of the screen, select > Reset to factory default settings.
      Note: This option is available only after you get to the Configuration Method screen.
    2. Select Confirm Reset.
      Note: You do not receive confirmation that the reset has completed.
