Download the SMC Client from the Management Server

Download and install the SMC Client from the SMC Downloads page.

Steps

  1. In a web browser, browse to the URL of the Management Server.
    The URL can be the IP address of the Management Server or the host name that you defined in the properties of the Management Server. Make sure that you include the port number at the end of the URL.
  2. To download the SMC Client installation package, click Download Management Client for <operating system>.
    Tip: The operating system is automatically detected. To download the SMC Client installation package for another operating system, click Click here for other platforms.
  3. Install the SMC Client with administrator privileges.
  4. Log on and use the SMC Client as you normally would.
