Admin Logs

The Admin Logs section in Forcepoint Insights provides a comprehensive audit trail of administrative actions and changes made within the system. This document describes each field displayed in the Admin Logs interface.

Table 1. Field Definitions
Field Name Description
Time Timestamp of the event.
User Name User who triggered the event.
Source Originating system or component from which the action was initiated (e.g., Insights, API, Portal).
Action The action performed. Examples include: Schedule Created, Schedule Deleted, Schedule Updated, Transaction Viewer Created, Transaction Viewer Deleted, Widget Deleted, Dashboard Deleted.
Entity Name The name of the object being acted upon. Examples: Schedule name, Dashboard name, Widget name, or Transaction Viewer name.
Entity Type The type of object being acted upon. Examples: Schedule, Transaction Viewer, Widget, Dashboard.
