Admin Logs
The Admin Logs section in Forcepoint Insights provides a comprehensive audit trail of administrative actions and changes made within the system. This document describes each field displayed in the Admin Logs interface.
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Time | Timestamp of the event. |
| User Name | User who triggered the event. |
| Source | Originating system or component from which the action was initiated (e.g., Insights, API, Portal). |
| Action | The action performed. Examples include: Schedule Created, Schedule Deleted, Schedule Updated, Transaction Viewer Created, Transaction Viewer Deleted, Widget Deleted, Dashboard Deleted. |
| Entity Name | The name of the object being acted upon. Examples: Schedule name, Dashboard name, Widget name, or Transaction Viewer name. |
| Entity Type | The type of object being acted upon. Examples: Schedule, Transaction Viewer, Widget, Dashboard. |
