Restore directories

If necessary, you can undo the last directory synchronization and restore the system to its state before the synchronization.

Important: It is not possible to undo the restore, so changes you made in the cloud between the last synchronization and the restore operation may be lost. You are warned of the potential impact and asked to confirm the action.

Steps

  1. Select Account > Identity Management.
  2. Click Restore.
  3. Click Restore to restore your directory to the current backup version or click Cancel to cancel.
  4. Confirm your action when prompted, “Are you sure?”
