Delete a report

To remove a report from the Report Catalog:

Steps

  1. In the folders list, select the My Reports folder or subfolder that contains the report you want to delete. A list of reports appears in the reports pane.
  2. Locate the report you want to delete.
    1. Click the down arrow next to the report name and select Delete from the menu provided.

      or

    2. Check the box to the left of one or more report names and click the Delete button in the toolbar.
    3. Click Delete in the popup window to confirm and delete the selected reports.
      Note: Note that deleting a report will not update any scheduled job that may include the report. Edit scheduled jobs as needed to remove reports that have been deleted from the catalog.
