Updating the Forcepoint agent
If you have previously installed the Forcepoint agent on your endpoints, you can update to the latest version manually.
Note: Currently, the agent only supports upgrade on hosts that are not running Forcepoint F1E or F1A agents. If the host is running either of these agents, they must be removed before initiating
the upgrade.
Before you attempt to update the agent, verify the agent version installed on your endpoints.
To see the agent version installed on your managed endpoints, go to Endpoint management tab in the management portal. The agent version column shows the currently installed version of the agent on each managed endpoint.
