Enabling the AI Assistant

To enable the AI Assistant, ensure the user has been assigned a role containing the AI Admin entitlement. Users without the required ai-chat scopes will not see AI-related menus or the AI panel.

Steps

  1. Create a role that includes the AI Admin entitlement.
  2. Assign this role to the user.
  3. Enable the toggle switch to turn on the AI Assistant after navigating to Settings > AI Assistantas shown in the screenshot below.
