Applying filters in the Dashboards tab

You can filter dashboards and dashboard groups in the Dashboards tab using the filter option. Filters are supported for the name, tags, publisher, and schedules columns.

1. On the left navigation pane, click Catalog to open the Catalog page.
   The Catalog page opens displaying the Dashboards tab details.

   
   
   
2. To expand the Global folder and view the sub-folders, click the expand icon.
3. Navigate to appropriate sub-folder by expanding the sub-folders.
4. Place the mouse pointer on the column name that you want to filter.
   
   
   
5. Click the filter icon.
6. Enter the text.
7. To view the dashboards based on the text entered, click Apply.

   The filter icon appears next to the column name on which filter is applied.

   
   
   
8. To remove the selected filters, click the filter icon and click Clear.
