CASB API Threats

The CASB API Threats dashboard provides a centralized view for monitoring and managing security threats related to cloud applications accessed through APIs.

This dashboard offers insights into API usage, data access, and potential security incidents, enabling organizations to enforce security policies and protect sensitive data.

Total Malware: Number of unique files flagged as malware or suspicious by CASB API or detected by the cloud applications themselves.

Malware Safe-copied: Number of unique files flagged for containing sensitive data, as identified by DLP patterns configured through CASB API scans.

Malware Deleted: Number of malware-flagged files deleted by CASB API policy enforcement.

Malware Share Prevented: Number of malware-flagged files where sharing permissions (internal, external, or public) were removed by CASB API based on policy enforcement.

Malware Encrypted: Number of malware-flagged files that were encrypted by CASB API policy enforcement.

Malware Classified: Number of malware-flagged files that were classified by CASB API policy enforcement.

Top Apps with Malware Detected: Cloud applications where malware-flagged files were detected, categorized by type of exposure such as internal, external, or public.

Top Owners of Malware: Users who own the highest number of malware-detected files across cloud applications.

Top Groups owning Malware: User groups responsible for or associated with the most malware-flagged files.

Malware files Discovered by Apps: Files flagged as malware either by CASB API scanning or reported by the cloud applications themselves (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive).
