Administrators

An administrator is a user with access to the management portal, responsible for making administrative changes to the service, or viewing reports.

The Administration > Administrators page shows the administrators configured for your service. Use this page to add new administrators, update administrator details, and change administrator passwords.

Administrators can belong to the following roles:

  • Administrator: a user with full view and edit permissions, capable of saving and deploying configuration changes. Administrators can view user identity in reports.
  • Read only: a user who is able to sign in to the portal and view configuration and analytics, but who cannot make any changes. User identity is hidden in reports viewed by read-only administrators.
