Management portal

The management portal provides a centralized location for configuring and managing your organization's data security policies. It also allows for reviewing and investigating any related data security incidents (alerts) and the visualization and management of user activity on related endpoint devices.

The portal supports role-based access, with different levels of access granted based on the user's role. The Administrator role provides full access, while the Analyst role allows access to data security incidents for incident response purposes. The Helpdesk role provides access for managing endpoint-related issues. This role-based access control helps to ensure that users have the appropriate level of access to perform their duties while maintaining the security and integrity of the organization's data.

The management portal has the following sections:

Homepage Displays information on prerequisites, links to documentation, agent download options etc.
Dashboards Visualize risk levels in your organization over the selected period, focusing on the top risky users and behaviors. View the high-level details about the status of endpoints and device activity.
Investigation View details about your users, their behaviors, risk levels, data security incidents, data protection, alerts recorded, and user’s activities based on device usage.
Endpoint management Manage the endpoints and systems in your organization.
Policy Create and manage policies, rules, resources, and classifiers for data protection and rules for device control. Manage and customize User Activity Monitoring Indicators of Behavior (IoBs).
Settings View, add, and delete administrators, analysts, and help desk users. Manage endpoint configurations and view the audit logs. Set up the Amazon Replication Service for log replication and the External Identity Provider for setup of SAML-based single sign-on to your Data Security cloud portal using your preferred Identity provider.
