Bookmarking the application

If you want to display the Forcepoint Data Security Cloud | DLP application on the Okta portal, you must add a bookmark of the Forcepoint Data Security Cloud | DLP application.

Complete the following steps to bookmark the Forcepoint Data Security Cloud | DLP application on the Okta portal. Bookmark the application only after configuring the Forcepoint Data Security Cloud | DLP portal with Okta. This helps the user access the Forcepoint Data Security Cloud | DLP application with a single click from their Okta portal.

Steps

  1. Open the Okta Admin Console, navigate to Applications > Applications.
  2. On the Applications page, click the Browse App Catalog button. The Browse App Integration Catalog page opens.
  3. In the search bar, search for the Bookmark App.
  4. From the search result, click the Bookmark App option.
  5. On the Bookmark App page, click the Add Integration button. The Add Bookmark App page opens.
  6. Under the General Settings tab, in the URL field, enter the URL of the Forcepoint Data Security Cloud | DLP portal and the ?saml2=true label.

    Example: https://customerURL.dup.dev.forcepoint.com?saml2=true

  7. Click the Done button.
    Note: To display the Forcepoint Data Security Cloud | DLP application in the Okta portal, users must be assigned to the bookmark app. If not assigned, the Forcepoint Data Security Cloud | DLP application will not be displayed on the Okta portal.

Result

After a few minutes, the Forcepoint Data Security Cloud | DLP application should appear on the Okta portal.
