Step 1: Connect to Forcepoint Data Security Cloud
Connect the Forcepoint Security Manager to the Forcepoint Data Security Cloud tenant so that the web context identifier reaches the endpoint agent.
For the procedure itself, see Configuring Data Security Cloud.
What this solution needs from the Forcepoint Data Security Cloud Platform is a service: the web context identifier (ws_Context_ID) that the endpoint agent uses to enforce URL categories on the HTTP and HTTPS channels. The Forcepoint Security Manager retrieves it automatically and the administrator will get indication that URL categories is supported for DLP Endpoint on the Data Module section of .
The identifier is refreshed when the DLP administrator selects Recheck availability on the page. Until the first availability check completes, the resource states are unknown rather than unavailable.
The categories themselves do not arrive from the Forcepoint Data Security Cloud Platform. Import them separately. For more information see Step 2: Import the URL categories.
