Generating the master release code

Generate a temporary master release code to perform restricted actions on endpoints.

Use the option Master Release Code to generate a master release code that applies for all endpoints.

Steps

  1. Go to Endpoint management > Release Code.
  2. Click the Master Release Code button.

    Note: The persistent release code only works for Forcepoint DSE v30.5.184 or newer.​
  3. Copy the release code with the time frame that suits the need.
  4. Provide the release code to the user. It allows the user to uninstall the agent and unlocks the agent diagnostic tool for advanced troubleshooting scenarios.
    Note: The master release code is applicable for all endpoints.
