AI Assistant Alerts

About 30 seconds after enabling the switch, the panel displays any newly generated alerts. These may include:
  • Sensitive data detected outside the scope of existing DLP policies.
  • Access to unapproved AI/GenAI services.
  • Recommendations to enable compliance templates (GDPR, PCI, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Suggestions to review or adjust DLP rules.
    Alerts can be dismissed using the close button, or acted upon using the action buttons. See the example screenshot below

If the AI Assistant remains enabled, it also performs automatic nightly analysis. When the user logs in the next day, any alerts generated overnight will appear in the panel.
