Amazon S3: Configuring API access

This section will walk you through how to enable and setup API scanning into Amazon S3 buckets to surface sensitive content and apply controls.

Once access has been authorized and the API has been setup, you can also choose to enable Forcepoint ONE SSE to perform an audit scan of AWS to identify security misconfigurations against the CIS Benchmarks.

Note: The admin account being used in the Forcepoint ONE SSE portal to setup the API must be a system administrator and not a standard Role Admin. If you are using a Role Admin account the setup will not be completed successfully.
