Deleting folders and reports

You can delete the folders and reports that you do not want to be displayed in the Widget Catalog page.

You cannot delete the Global folder, but you can delete its reports and sub folders.

Note: Reports linked to any dashboard or schedule cannot be deleted.

1. To delete a folder on the Widget Catalog page, do the following:
   1. Select the folder.
   2. Click .
      A message appears asking for your confirmation to delete the folder.
   3. Click Yes.
      The folder is removed from Widget Catalog.
2. To delete report catalogs, do the following:
   1. Select the folder.
   2. Select the column header check box to select all reports, or select specific reports.
   3. Click the Delete Catalogs icon.
      A message appears asking for your confirmation to delete the selected catalogs.
   4. Click Yes.
      The catalog reports are removed from the folder.
