Pre-defined dashboards

Insights provides four pre-defined dashboards to provide insights across Forcepoint products.

• Summary - The Summary dashboard provides an overview of your Forcepoint ONE usage.

  It includes your Forcepoint Security Index which highlights the effectiveness of your Forcepoint ONE deployment when compared to recommended best practices and your licensed user coverage. It also includes economic value that shows the potential return on investment for your use of Forcepoint ONE. The calculation method can be tailored to your needs.

• Data Security - The Data Security dashboard provides an overview of your use of Forcepoint ONE to secure and protect your data across your licensed channels—API, CASB Inline and Web.

  It can help you identify areas where you can improve your data security posture and to prioritize your efforts. It includes information relating to the number of Data Loss Prevention policies enforced, the number of items scanned, and the total volume of data protected. You can see at a glance the type of actions applied in summary and at an individual channel level. Sensitive Data detected is tracked separately alongside the most common data patterns being matched. It also highlights the user groups and the users with the most policy violations allowing an admin to quickly prioritize the most critical items and non-compliant users and groups.

• Threat Protection - The Threat Protection dashboard provides an overview of your cloud usage across your licensed channels—API, CASB Inline and Web.

  It highlights Malware defended and risky trends related to the number of unique destinations, the top domains associated with these destinations and the total volume of data downloaded. This usage is easily characterized against the general usage as the dashboard also includes number of top domains accessed and the web category breakdown. Finally, the user groups and the users with the most policy violations are also provided allowing an admin to quickly prioritize the most non-compliant users and groups.

• Remote Browser Isolation - The Remote Browser Isolation dashboard provides a holistic view of RBI users activity related to web security and file security.
