Dashboards
The Dashboards tab on the Catalog page displays all the custom dashboards and dashboard groups that you have previously created. By default, the Dashboards tab is selected.
In the Dashboards tab, the custom dashboards and dashboard groups you create are grouped under the Global folder. You can create sub folders up to five levels under the Global folder to better organize your dashboards. You can select a folder and view the dashboards and dashboard groups in a tabular format. You can click the icon to open the dialog where you can re-order, hide or display the columns. The Name column cannot be selected for any modification.
The Dashboards tab displays the following columns:
Column | Description |

Name | Displays the name of the dashboard or dashboard group. To sort the dashboards or dashboard group in ascending or descending order, click on the Name column. |
Description | Displays a short description about the dashboard or dashboard group. |
Path | Displays the path of the dashboard or dashboard group in which it is saved.

Type | Displays the type of the dashboard:

Layout | Displays layout type used for building the dashboard:
|
Tags | Displays any tags associated with the dashboard or dashboard group. |
Pin/Unpin | Displays if the dashboard or dashboard group is pinned or unpinned. |
Publisher | Displays the user email who published the dashboard or dashboard group. To sort the dashboards or dashboard groups in ascending or descending order, click on the Publisher column. |
Created time | Displays the time stamp when the dashboard or dashboard group was published. To sort the dashboards or dashboard groups in ascending or descending order, click on the Created time column. |
Last modified | Displays the time stamp when the dashboard or dashboard group was last modified. To sort the dashboards or dashboard groups in ascending or descending order, click on the Last modified column. |
Schedules | Displays the list of schedules linked to the dashboard or dashboard group. |
