Accessing Insights
You can access Insights from your Forcepoint ONE SSE or Forcepoint RBI.
Pre-defined dashboards
Insights provides four pre-defined dashboards to provide insights across Forcepoint products.
Summary
The Summary dashboard is the landing dashboard when you access Insights from Forcepoint ONE SSE.
Data Security
Use the Data Security dashboard for an overview of your use of Forcepoint ONE to secure and protect your data across your licensed channels—API, CASB Inline and Web.
Threat Protection
Use the Threat Protection dashboard for an overview of your cloud usage across your licensed channels—API, CASB Inline and Web.
Remote Browser Isolation
Use the Remote Browser Isolation dashboard to view the RBI product visibility along with summary of browsing, file download and upload summary and reporting.
Exporting a pre-defined dashboard as a PDF file
You can export any of the pre-defined dashboard as a PDF file.
Catalog
The Catalog page enables you to create and manage custom widgets and custom dashboards as per your organization's requirements.
Dashboards
The Dashboards tab in the Catalog page displays all the custom dashboards and dashboard groups that you have previously created. By default, the Dashboards tab is selected.
Widgets
The Widgets tab in the Catalog page displays widgets that your admins have previously created under the Global folder.
Folders
Folders in the Dashboards tab and the Widgets tab of the Catalog page helps you in grouping custom dashboards and widgets.
Scheduling reports
Use the Scheduler page to view and manage the schedules set for sending reports of custom or pre-defined dashboards, or widgets.
Creating schedules
You can create schedules for sending reports of dashboards or widgets to specific email addresses.
Modifying schedules
You can update the existing schedules from your Scheduler.
Deleting schedules
You can delete the existing schedules in your Scheduler.
