Potential issues when upgrading to v8.5.7

Important: This upgrade to version 8.5.7 is not supported using CentOS. Customers using Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.9 must upgrade to RHEL 8.10 before upgrading the product.

During the upgrade of the Operating System (OS) from RHEL 7.9 to RHEL 8.10, a direct upgrade may lead to critical issues such as GRUB corruption and unresolved system blockers. To ensure a stable upgrade process, it is recommended to first upgrade from RHEL 7.9 to RHEL 8.8, and then proceed from RHEL 8.8 to RHEL 8.10. This staged approach helps avoid common failures and improves compatibility throughout the upgrade.
