Scan progress

This view shows the following metrics from scans run on most common data sources.

• Scans Overview: Files discovered or classified across data sources.
• Content Classified Files: Number of files where the content has been inspected.
• Metadata Classified Files: Number of files where the content has not been inspected.
• Valuable Assets: Number of files containing critical, sensitive, PII, highly confidential or confidential data.
• PII Files (by Type): Shows the most common file type containing PII for each data source.
• Assets At Risk (By Classification): Across all data sources shows the distribution of high, medium, and externally shared files per classification level.
• Sensitive Files (by Type): Shows the most common file type containing sensitive data for each data source.
• File Size Distribution: Distribution of files by size discovered or classified.
• Overshared Data: Data discovered to be potentially shared with a wider group of users than required.
• Access (by User and Groups): Number of groups and users discovered in the environment.
• Critical Files (by Type): Shows the most common file type containing sensitive data for each classification level.
• Data Found (by Detector Hits): Distribution of matching detector hits across files.
• Files Processed (Per Day): Count of content classified files per day over time.
• Risky Files (by Detector Hits): Distribution of high, medium, and externally shared files for each detector hit.
• Data Assets (by File Type): Distribution of file types among potentially valuable data assets.
