Structured data scan limitations

For optimal performance, it is recommended to scan no more than 500 users and groups at a time.

Each scan configuration should also be limited to a maximum of 10,000 tables and 50,000 columns. If your environment exceeds these limits, use schema level or table level scan filters to narrow the scan scope and keep the configuration within the recommended range.
