Removing the agent using the command-line interface

To uninstall the agent using the command line, open a command prompt as an administrator and do the following:

Steps

  1. Run the following command: msiexec /X {5bb6ce16-c242-4ee8-a7a1-2abdc1084b06}.
    A confirmation dialog appears, prompting you to proceed with the uninstallation.
  2. Click Yes.
    A message appears to enter the release code.
    Note: During uninstallation, the release code prompt appears when MSIExec.exe runs. To avoid manual entry of the release code, run the uninstallation as the system user so that the release code check is bypassed.
  3. Enter the release code generated previously, and then click OK.
