Uninstalling the agent (Manual)

This section explains how to manually remove the Mobile Endpoint Agent from a device.

To uninstall the Forcepoint Mobile app from the device:

Steps

  1. Open the device and locate the Forcepoint Mobile app on the home screen.
  2. Press and hold the app icon until the menu appears.
  3. Select Remove App.
  4. When the confirmation prompt appears, select Delete App.
  5. When prompted again, click Delete to complete the removal.
