Google Cloud Platform: Configuring API access

This section will walk you through how to authorize and set up API scanning of buckets and objects in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Note: The setup for authorizing API bucket scanning is very similar to the setup for GCP CSPM scanning. The only difference is the permissions required for the account you are using as well as which APIs that are enabled in GCP. If you are setting up both CSPM and bucket scanning, you can use the same account and just make sure you are adding the proper permissions, see Google Cloud Platform: Configuring CSPM for the permissions and the APIs to enable.
