Managing devices

The Mobile Agent page displays high-level information about the devices registered with Forcepoint ONE Mobile.

Admins can access this page by logging into the Forcepoint ONE SSE portal and navigate to Analyze > Devices.

User: The user account that used the device.

GUID: Assigned Registration ID. The Registration ID is used to identify the device.

OS: The OS of the device (such as Android, ChromeOS, iOS, or iPadOS).

OS Version: The current running version of the OS.

Agent Version: The current running version of the solution on the device.

Registration Time: Refers to the time when the device, identified by its unique GUID, is registered to use Forcepoint ONE Mobile.

This page also allows you to search for devices by information contained in any of the columns. You can search within a single column by selecting it. In addition, you can do searches with an "OR" or "AND" statement to pull up variable results.
