Device details

Clicking on a device will display detailed information about the device.

General: This section includes the Registration ID / GUID, Device Name, Device Manufacturer, Device Type, Model, and Operating System Version.

The Registration ID is used to identify the device in the web logs. For more details about web logs, see the Web logs page.

Mobile Agent Telemetry: This section displays the App Version, VPN Status (on/off), VPN Status Change Time, and Registration Time.

Sanctioned App Users: Displays the user accounts logged into the device.

The Device details page displays the history of each user who has accessed the device over time. If a device is re-registered due to a change in the authentication mode, the page will display only the users who have logged in since the re-registration.
