Microsoft365 Dropbox Integration

Microsoft365 offers an integration capability with Dropbox allowing users to login to Dropbox from Microsoft365 and edit Dropbox documents from inside of Microsoft365. This feature can be supported by Forcepoint ONE SSE based on proper policy setup between the applications.

• Supported: The users access to both Dropbox and Microsoft365 needs to be the same. Meaning they need to be granted direct app access to both applications or granted secure app access to both applications.
• Not Supported: Users with mixed policies to both applications will not be able to use this feature. Meaning if a user is granted direct access to one application but secure access to the other, they will not be able to access Dropbox from inside of Microsoft365.
