Backup Procedure

Forcepoint ONE Data Security utilizes multiple availability zones for persistent storage of customer data.

In this case customer data is securely replicated across three availability zones within the chosen region. This happens automatically and requires no customer intervention and ensures that customer data is always highly available within the customers primary region.

Database backups are also performed for the purposes of disaster recovery. Database backups are performed on a daily and monthly basis with the following retention periods:
