Accessing customer's tenant using Switch Context

Steps for accessing customer's tenant using Switch Context option.

1. On the Organizations page, click the icon from the Switch Context column of the organization in question.
   
   
   

   You will be directed to Customer's Insights application with the Viewing in context message on the top banner.

   
   
   
2. From the waffle, click the application which you want to investigate, if required.
3. To exit the context switch mode, click Exit Context Switch from the User's Card.
4. To logout from your tenant, click Sign Out from the User's Card, if required.
