Configuring recipients

You can choose the email recipients for your schedule.

Steps

  1. Open the Create Schedule view.
  2. In Email list in Recipients, search and select one or more email addresses.
  3. To add recipients in cc list, click Add CC, and then select one or more recipients in CC Email list.
  4. To add recipients in bcc list, click Add BCC, and then select one or more recipients in BCC Email list.
  5. To remove a recipient, click beside the recipient email address.
    Note: If you do not have recipients in cc or bcc list, you can select Hide CC or Hide BCC to hide the fields.
