Deploy History

The Deploy history table displays the status of the last 50 policy deployments of your account.

On the Navigation pane, click Deploy History to navigate to the Deploy History page.

The table displays the following information for each individual deployment:
Table 1.
Table header Description
Transaction ID A unique identifier for the deployment. If the deployment encounters an issue, you must provide this identifier to Forcepoint Support team
Deployed by The administrator who initiated the policy deployment.
Start time The date and local time when the deployment started.
End time The date and local time when the deployment was completed.
Deployment status The status of a policy deployment:
  • Success – The policy deployment was completed successfully.
  • In progress – The policy deployment is in progress.
  • Error – The policy deployment failed to complete.
Important:
  • If a policy deployment fails, try again in a few minutes. Remember that you may need to make a small change to the policy to enable the Deploy Changes button.
  • If the error persists, contact Forcepoint Technical Support.
Note: A deployment status of In progress indicates that the deployment has not yet completed. However, after several minutes you can initiate a new policy deployment even though a previous deployment has not completed. The latest policy deployment overrides any older deployments, so if the latest policy deployment completes successfully, you can assume that the previous deployment has also completed.
