AWS Access Key and Secret Key

The AWS S3 bucket holds your exported log file, and to access the AWS S3 bucket to download the log file you need the following credentials:
  • AWS Access Key ID
  • AWS Secret Key
Important: When you generate new keys, they are only displayed once. Make sure you make a note of the keys. When you generate new keys, any existing keys become invalid. If you have existing keys in use, those must be replaced with the new keys. Do not share your access keys with a third party.

Also, to access the exported log file after you have downloaded it, you must use the credentials that are provided by Forcepoint.

To generate a new AWS access key ID and AWS secret key for your AWS S3 bucket, click the Generate New Keys button.

Note: The Credentials expire after 12 months.
