Reorder Any Table Column

You can now rearrange every column in Cloud DLP portal tables, including the mandatory fields that previously could not be moved (such as Reported Time UTC, Severity, and Actions in the Alerts table). This gives admins full control over column order to optimize their view.

Global Domain Bypass Management

A new interface lets administrators define and manage a global list of domains that are exempt from monitoring across all policies. You can add, edit, and remove domains from the global bypass list in one central place.

Bulk Update Rule Attributes

Administrators can now update rule attributes — including status (Enabled/Disabled), source, destination, and action — across multiple rules and exceptions at once, both within and across policies. This significantly speeds up large-scale policy management.

Migration Banners for Cloud DLP

Standalone Cloud DLP portal admins now see staged in-app banners ahead of the move to Forcepoint Data Security Cloud. Banners appear 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before migration, plus a post-migration banner, each with appropriate urgency and guidance so admins are prepared for the transition.
