Review Status

Data security, compliance, and governance require collective effort from the entire organization.

Steps

1. Assign Main Point Person
   • Each department has a designated main point.
   • Each security posture policy is assigned a data owner.
2. Assign a Reviewer
   • Designate someone to oversee the strategy and structure of data security policies.
   • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

This helps maintain integrity and effectiveness of data security measures via collective participation in data governance.

To assign a reviewer, navigate to Policy Center > Data Register > Review Status. Select a reviewer from the drop-down and click Save.

The reviewer is designated to oversee the strategy and structure of the data security policies.
