Rescan Files

When a targeted rescan is needed it is possible to scan individual files or a specific selection. A rescan may be needed because of any one of the following reasons:

• Ensuring that recent changes to files are reflected in the UI.
• If new patterns have been added to Pattern Matching.
• If new rules have been added in Controls Orchestration.

Files can be sent for rescan individually by clicking on the hamburger menu for that file and clicking on Send to classification pipeline.

There is also an option to reclassify multiple files at once by selecting them using the tick boxes on the left of the screen.

Once the required files are selected the option to rescan appears on the bottom right of the screen.
