Global Settings

Navigate to Administration > Data Sources. Next, click the Global Settings button.

Proxy configuration

1. Select the tab Proxy configuration.
2. Enable the toggle switch Enable/disable proxy configuration.
3. Enter the proxy URL, username, and password.
4. Click Save.

Domain Configuration

1. Select the tab Domain configuration.
2. Enter the domain
3. Click Add Domain.

Stub file preview

The file stubbing feature helps organizations overcome operational and compliance challenges when sensitive or high-risk files are remediated (moved or archived or deleted) from their original locations. The original file is replaced with a stub file that contains the details of the original file (filename, path, hash, timestamp. and owner). As an admin you can customize the stub file content (logo, message etc.)

• Company Name: You can add the your company name and branding.
• User Message: Message text to display to communicate to the viewer that the file has been remediated and what they can do next.
• IT Helpdesk Contact Information: Set it to the contact number and email of your IT department.
• Variables: Metadata information to include about the original file in the stub file.
