Reviewing API tab of Health logs

The API tab displays any API related errors received from the cloud application.

Graphs

The API tab displays two graphs that show Response codes based on unique users and total count. This tab helps admin investigate any errors with the API scans (such as reaching the API limit) or with authorization issues for a particular user's account.



  • Users: Displays the number of unique users who have received at least one response code
  • Count: Displays total count of all response codes that have been generated.

Just like graphs on the other Dashboards, the graphs can be filtered by the listed applications on the right side to view just a single app. In addition, click on a singular data point will bring up additional details and the option to reframe the graph's timeline to zoom in on that particular data point.

Event Logs

Similar to the Proxy tab, the Event Logs will display the HTML response code Forcepoint ONE SSE has received from the API or response errors we have generated. The Server errors follow the same HTML Response codes as listed above in the Proxy Tab section. Refer to the wiki page for more information.

Some unique Forcepoint ONE SSE response codes are listed below:

Note: For download errors (DownloadFailed) the response code returned by the cloud application will be displayed. If no message is returned, then the response code will display Bitglass 460.
