Blocking or unblocking devices

Admin can block or unblock the devices.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Analyze > Devices > SmartEdge Agent to see the list of devices that have the agent installed.
  2. Find the device you wish to block, click on the 3 dots and then select Add to Blocked Devices.

  3. Click Add on the verification dialog that pops up.
  4. Once added to blocked devices, you'll notice a small red circle with a slash icon appearing next to the device name.

    You can also click the 3 dots and select Remove from Blocked Devices to unblock the devices.
