Deleting SmartEdge agents from Devices list

You can delete devices from the SmartEdge Agent page entirely. This is useful if you plan on reusing the device or reissuing the device to another user but wish to reformat the device first.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Analyze > Devices > SmartEdge Agent to see the list of devices that have the agent installed.
  2. To delete the device, click the checkbox next to it's name. The Remove button will highlight in red in the top right corner.
  3. Click Remove and then click Remove again on the verification dialog that pops up.
  4. You will now see a green successful box in the top run confirming the device has been removed.
