This step is required only if you intend to monitor email on the endpoint and if your email client is Microsoft Outlook.
To enable secure communication with your Outlook Email client the Endpoint must be given an SSL identity, and the client machine must be set up to trust that identity. Note that it is
expected that you have previously created the SSL Identity using the instructions provided in Creating the Endpoint SSL Identity section.
Steps

Create the agent configuration file in Jamf Pro to hold the endpoints SSL Identity.
- On the Computers tab, select Configuration Profiles.
- Create the new profile and give it a name (or alternatively use an existing profile).
- Select certificate, give the certificate a name, and then select Upload.
- Upload the server.der file as the certificate that you created in the section Creating the Endpoint SSL Identity.
- Save the certificate.
- Save the configuration profile.

Deploy the SSL Identity configuration profile created in step 1 to your endpoint machines.
- On the Computers tab, select Configuration Profiles, then select the SSL Identity configuration profile created in step 1.
- On the Scope tab, select All Computers and All Users. Alternatively, specify certain individuals or
groups to receive this profile
- Click Save.
