Configuring Windows loopback exemptions

Forcepoint ONE SSE will perform loopback exemptions automatically for Windows apps installed on the user's device.

Forcepoint ONE SSE does this by automatically setting loopback_exempt to true for all apps installed on the device including apps installed after the SmartEdge agent is installed/running (checks every 5 minutes). This will ensure that app traffic can get through without issue.

When the agent is uninstalled, it will clean up and return to previous setting all apps that were changed this way.
