Generating Techsupport dump for SmartEdge Agent
At times when working with support, you might be asked to export the techsupport file for the SmartEdge agent. You can do this via commands for both macOS and Windows OS.
macOS
Open the macOS terminal and run the sudo /Applications/Bitglass/seproxy.app/Contents/MacOS/support/techsupport.sh command.
Windows OS
Open the command line as an administrator and run the c:\>"c:\Program Files\Bitglass\seproxy\support\techsupport.bat command.
